Configure Webhooks

Setup is dashboard-only — there is no public registration endpoint.

  1. Open API Settings in the dashboard.
  2. Set your delivery URL (separate URLs for test and live).
  3. Save the generated secret per environment; rotate it from the same screen.
  4. Subscribe to parcel.* and tracking.* events.
  5. Update or remove the endpoint any time; removal stops deliveries immediately.

Inspect past deliveries and re-send a test ping from API Settings → Webhook deliveries. Test and live deliveries are isolated by environment.
